Highly lustrous sperrylite crystals to 7,3 mm across on chalcopyrite matrix! This specimen comes from a very rich ore body that has been mined out 25 years ago. It features several very well modified crystals of this platinum arsenide on matrix. Very rare and hard to obtain today! Sperrylite is one of the world's great platinum minerals in crystalline form and specimens of quality, and of size, came only from a small deposit found here some years ago. Now, they are very scarce on the market.
