A stunning, beautiful and lustrous schorl crystals perched like an imporbable stack of cards upon a small pedestal of crystallized smoky quartz.A stunning, (2) 3-dimensional, beautiful and lustrous schorl crystals perched like an imporbable stack of cards upon a small pedestal of crystallized smoky quartz! VERY unusual for the quality and aesthetics of Horni Bory mine! This is one of my favorites of the many schorls here. The piece came out of an old collection from Brno. The original owner has added a sealant base to the bottom, at the midpoint, to keep the cluster solidly together as an extra precaution. In context, however, the repairs are both minimal and acceptable given the size of the piece.
